SHIPPING INFORMATION

AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE express shipping on purchases over $200. Any orders below this will incur a $12 shipping fee and the purchased item/s will be shipped via Express Postage (1-3 business days)

INTERNATIONAL
We use Australia post Air mail and registered post in conjunction with customers national postal service.

Flat rate $25.00 (4-15 days)

  • NOTE: All international taxes, customs and excise duties are payable by the customer.

This will vary from country to country so please research national customs information about specific regulations before making a purchase.

Items are dispatched between 24-48 hours of receiving customers orders (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Orders placed before 12pm on business days will be packed and shipped on that same day. Any orders placed after this will be processed the following day.

Please note:
All parcels require a signature upon delivery unless customer opts for otherwise. If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver/courier will leave a calling card stating a failed delivery attempt and the order will be sent off to your local post office for collection. Zenzukt is not liable for items lost or otherwise if a customer has opted for no signature when delivered.

Zenzukt only delivers to physical addresses including personal and work addresses. Zenzukt does not deliver to PO Box or parcel/mail lockers. It is important to supply the most accessible shipping address in order for your item(s) to get to you on time. 

If a customers delivery has not arrived within the specified timeframe listed above or has incorrect/missing items, please contact Zenzukt via email with your name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Zenzukt takes no responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect customer shipping information. It is your responsibility to enter accurate and up to date delivery information when placing an order with us. During peak trade times (Christmas, Easter, sale periods) please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

Zenzukt does not accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances such as: transportation strikes, natural disasters etc which may affect delivery/shipping times.
